In 2001 StratREAL appointed Benson Cairns as their new media consultants. We started out by redeveloping the company’s website to better reflect their ethos and more effectively deliver relevant information to their clients.

Aside from maintaining the website, we are involved in devising and implementing online communication strategies. We design and build the company’s online communications media, manage their mailing lists and databases and monitor and analyse the performance of the communication strategies.

We have moreover recently become involved in advising on their internal IT infrastructure, from strategic consultancy services to assist them in selecting an appropriate IT provider to assistance with CRM and helping tie their long-term IT strategy in with their broader business goals.
